TEXAS TRIP

.
As some of you know I've been gone for two weeks to Texas and just got home on Wednesday afternoon. I thought I would share with you some of the highlights of said trip.
.

This is Kevin & Logan just before Logan's baptism. Notice the halo around Logan's head... pretty cool.

.

The Family: Donelle, Kevin, Logan, Tessa, Kinsey

All dressed in whites ready to go.

.

Me fixing computer for slide show of Logan.

.
Day trip we took...

.

Kinsey & Logan -

"Oh come & try to get us - I have my stick!"

.

The Alligators won't get us here!

Maybe here though...

Look, here's a place we can get away from the Alligator's...

.

Won't get Logan here...

.

Or Tess either...
Not Kinsey...

And they won't even get Mommy...

.

Oh look, a Turtle, but NO Alligator...

Yikes! There's an Alligator!!!

"Stay back Grandma, I'll protect you!"

.
Aren't Grandkids great!?!?!?!!!!

  1. Hey! You were so close to us. :) We live just up the road from where you were. Grandparkway and 59. :) Isn't that park wonderful? Even the alligators. We need a little excitement in life. Glad you had such a good time.

  3. Great looking blogsite. I love the lace and mother-of-pearl buttons. I love texture anyway, and you've given my eyes plenty to take in.

I grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico, just an hour out of west Texas. These pictures are too pretty for that part of the country, so they must be further east, huh?

  5. My husband took my sons swimming at a scout camp near there--and two weeks later they pulled a 10 foot alligator out of the lake!
